Hi everyone and welcome to another interior design class. Today I'll be going through various design principles when it comes to creating the perfect layout and aesthetic for your kitchen - whether you're starting from scratch or renovating an existing one.
Some of these principles include what to do beforehand such as the research involved, what the ideal layout would be for the space you're working with and then factors such as material finishes and colour palettes, lighting solutions and types of fittings.
I'll be using some of my own kitchen designs as examples throughout each of the lessons in this class to demonstrate each of the points I talk about.
