In the world of today women are being targeted. Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) is an international pandemic affecting 1 in three women in their lifetime. A massive concern is that 35% of women will have experienced physical or sexual partner or non -partner violence in their lifetime. We at Martial Science Institute are passionate in empowering women. The first movement or decision is the one that can create a different outcome. It is your personal responsibility to equip yourself with knowledge and skills to prevent yourself from becoming another statistic. Through this course we aim to inspire women to live life fear-less and be the empowered and confident woman that you are.

This course will empower you with knowledge and techniques starting with situational and environmental awareness and then using effective techniques such as distance, angling, and timing to effectively defend yourself. You will be taught how to use subtle but effective techniques to be able to defend and protect yourself.
