Requirements
❗ Solid IPv4 fundamentals: subnetting, routing basics, and the difference between a routed interface and a switched virtual interface.
❗ CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent practical experience. Prior CCNP study is helpful but not required.
❗ Basic comfort with a command line. You do not need to be a programmer for the automation section.
❗ For the labs: Cisco Modeling Labs is recommended. A free Cisco DevNet Sandbox account is enough to start, and several labs run there.
❗ No paid software is required to follow the course itself. Every lab ships with full configurations, so you can study them even without a lab environment
Description
Everything on the 350-601 blueprint, in the order it actually makes sense.
The DCCOR exam covers five domains that most engineers meet separately: networking, compute, storage networking, automation and security. Very few of us work across all five every day, which is exactly why the exam is hard. This course teaches them as one system, in the order that makes each topic explain the next.
You start with the routed underlay, put a BGP control plane on top of it, then build the VXLAN EVPN overlay that rides on both. By the time you reach the overlay, you already understand why it needs what it needs. The same approach runs through Compute, where a single idea (the service profile is the server) unlocks the whole domain, and through Storage, where losslessness explains every design decision that follows.
What is in the course
27 video lessons across the five blueprint domains, weighted the way the exam is weighted: 25 percent Network, 25 percent Compute, 20 percent Storage, 15 percent Automation and AI, 15 percent Security.
A written article for every lesson, plus an introduction and a wrap-up for every section. The articles go deeper than the videos: full comparison tables, complete configuration examples, and the defaults and traps that scenario questions are built on.

About the labs
The labs cover OSPF underlay, MP-BGP EVPN, port channels and LACP, virtual port channel, first-hop redundancy, PIM sparse mode, VXLAN EVPN with a distributed anycast gateway, Fibre Channel zoning, EEM and NX-API, and AAA with first-hop security.
Every lab ships with a starting configuration, a complete solution, a topology image and a list of the exact verification commands that prove it works. A shared addressing plan runs through all ten, so you learn it once.
A setup lecture walks you through the free Cisco DevNet Sandbox and through building the topology in Cisco Modeling Labs. One lab needs Fibre Channel ports and therefore hardware; the course says so up front rather than pretending otherwise, and gives you a structured paper exercise instead.
How this course is written
No filler, no marketing, no reading of bullet points aloud. Each lesson explains a mechanism, shows the configuration, and then tells you what breaks when you get it wrong and what the symptom looks like. Where a topic has a genuine limitation or a version dependency, the course says so.
