The goal of this curated study plan is to showcase the importance of connecting techniques on top to complete the guard pass against an opponent who is framing & defending. The plan is broken down into 4 weeks and includes a downloadable training plan to accompany the instruction. Competition footage, sparring analysis (voiceover from Gui Mendes) & a drill session is also provided to compliment the instruction and showcase the concepts in action.
